1 Die 8 Looks: Part 6 - Stamping with a Die Cut

Hi there,

this is the next part of my series over at the Karten-Kunst Blog. Part 6 is all about stamping with a die cut:

  • create a background on a stitched panel of watercolor paper using Distress Inks (Rusty Hinge, Broken China, Walnut Stain, Peeled Paint), a non-stick craft sheet and water from your Mini Mister
  • cut out the Memory Box Sketch Daisy from foam rubber and mount it on an acrylic block
  • stamp with the foam rubber stamp and Versafine (Onyx Black)
  • add some black splatter with Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolors and a watercolor brush
  • add a strip of black cardstock and a strip of copper foiled cardstock to the left side of the panel before adhering it to a cardbase
  • use a sentiment from the Ideaology Small Talk sticker set to finish the card
Here are the links to the other parts:

Part 1 - Black Silhouette against Alcohol Ink Background
Part 2 - Flower against Watercolor Background
Part 3 - Vellum Cutout
Part 4 - Embossing with the Die
Part 5 - Shaker Card with Flower Silhouette
